As part of the creative development, the goal is to target a common worry customers have. When concrete data supports the notion that the majority of Canadians lose sleep over their finances, we won't sleep on your investments, so you can get a good night's sleep.
Customer-targeted Digital Ads
Using paid social and display ads, messaging was tailored to suit the specific customer segment's needs. I built customer segmentation from scratch by working with product teams and stakeholders. This specific ad features our competitive offer with messaging tailored to a new-to-Canada audience. A new channel was also leveraged to reach both English and French audiences.

.COM, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking
Using content to guide customers to advice-driven solutions, the content from the front page of Scotiabank's personal banking website, Advice+, ScotiaFunds, and all retail investments pages, including online banking and mobile banking were revamped to feature content that is relevant to the customer, now.
